Generalities

These rules govern the organization and conduct of the program "payment in installments" (hereinafter — the Program). Information about the organizer of the Program and the rules of its conduct is posted on the website https://www.partner-moto.ru/

The purpose of the Program — to stimulate the sale of goods (works, services), implemented by the Organizer of the Program. The program is not a lottery or other risk-based event. 

Terms and definitions

Banks – credit institutions specified in clause 11 of these Rules from which the Participant can obtain a consumer loan (loan) under The program "payment by installments online".

Credit (loan) – funds provided by the Bank to the Program Participant on the basis of the consumer credit (loan) agreement concluded between the Bank and the Program Participant with the assistance of the Organizer's Partners for the purchase of goods (works, services) participating in the Organizer's Program.

Happylend service– software, online platform owned by the Organizer's Partners, designed to organize the receipt of consumer loans and loans for Participants to make purchases of Goods in online and offline stores.

The territory of the Program is the Russian Federation.

Goods (works, services) – goods, works, services purchased for their own needs by Participants from the Organizer of the Program.

1. Any capable citizen of the Russian Federation who has reached the age of 18 years can become a participant of the Program (hereinafter — the Participant).

3. The duration of the Program from 07 February 2019 and indefinitely.

4. The program" payment in parts " involves services (goods, works), which are provided and / or implemented on the website of the Organizer at: https://www.partner-moto.ru/. 5. The minimum order amount for participation in the Program is 1 000 rubles. Maximum – 300 000 rubles.

6. In order to become a Participant, a person who meets the requirements specified in paragraph 1 of these Rules must perform the following actions:

6.1. Place an order for the amount of 1 000 to 300 000 rubles within the period specified in paragraph 3.

7. The Program involves orders of the city's receipt of the Goods (works, services) which relate to the list of cities where the Organizer.

8. The organizer has the right to refuse to an individual to participate in the Program, if it does not meet the requirements set forth in paragraph 1 of these rules.

9. The organizer has the right to amend these rules unilaterally at any time. 

       10. Participation in the program confirms that the provision by the Consumer to the Organizer of the Program, and: OOO "seven processing", JSC "Express Bank", JSC "ALFA-BANK", JSC "Credit Europe Bank",JSC "Tinkoff Bank", PJSC "Mail Bank", JSC "Bank Russian Standard"consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Program and the consideration of loan. The processing of personal data will be carried out in compliance with the principles and rules provided for by the Federal law of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "on personal data" (hereinafter — the Law "on personal data"). The fact of participation in the Program is a sufficient, free, specific, informed and conscious expression of the Buyer's consent to the processing of his personal data by any legal means necessary for the purposes of the Program.

11. The offer is valid at registration of the consumer credit (loan) between the Bank specified in section 1 of these Rules and the consumer with usinghappylend. Credit (loan) is provided by banks on the following conditions:

• PJSC "Vostochny Express Bank".  General license of the Bank of Russia No. 1460 dated 24.10.2014.Initial payment - from 0 to 90% of the price of Goods (works, services), loan term - from 6 to 36 months. Interest rate - from 24 to 27% per annum, the loan amount - from 2 000 to 250 000 rubles.
•  ALFA-BANK JSC. General license of the Bank of Russia No. 1326 dated January 16, 2015.Initial payment - from 0 to 99% of the price of Goods (works, services), loan term - from 4 to 24 months. Interest rate - from 25 to 34% per annum, the loan amount - from 10 000 to 300 000 rubles.
• JSC "Credit Europe Bank". General license of the Central Bank of Russia for banking operations No. 3311 dated 04.02.2015. Initial payment - from 0 to 99.99% of the price of Goods (works, services), the loan term - from 5 to 30 months. The interest rate is 17. from 17.4 to 24.4% per annum, the loan amount - from 5000 to 300 000 rubles.
• JSC "Tinkoff Bank". General license of the Central Bank of Russia for banking operations № 2673. Initial payment - from 0 to 99.99% of the price of Goods (works, services), loan term - from 6 to 24 months. Interest rate - from 20% per annum, the loan amount - from 3 000 to 300 000 rubles.
• PJSC "Post Bank". General license of the Central Bank of Russia for banking operations № 650 dated 25.03.2016. Initial payment - from 0 to 99.99 of the price of Goods (works, services), the loan term - from 6 to 12 months. Interest rate - from 14.9 to 24.95% per annum, the loan amount - from 3 000 to 300 000 rubles.
• JSC "Raiffeisenbank". General license of the Central Bank of Russia for banking operations No. 3292. Down payment-0, loan term - from 13 to 60 months. Interest rate - from 15.99% per annum, the loan amount - from 90 000 to 300 000 rubles.
• JSC "Russian Standard Bank". General license of the CBR for banking operations No. 2289 dated 19.11.2014. Initial payment - from 0 to 99.99% of the price of Goods (works, services), loan term - from 3 to 24 months. Interest rate - from 14.9 to 24.5% per annum, the loan amount - from 3 000 to 200 000 rubles.
• LLC IFC "Loan online" (PayP.S.). Certificate of entry of information about the legal entity in the state register of microfinance institutions № 2120177001838 of the Bank of Russia dated July 24, 2012. Initial payment - from 0 to 99% of the price of Goods (works, services), the loan term - from 2 to 6 months. Interest rate - from 66 to 82% per annum, the loan amount - from 1 000 to 50 000 rubles.
•  LLC IFC "SMSFINANS". Registration number of record in the state register of MFI 2120177002022 from 30.08.2012. crediting Term - from 2 to 12 months. Interest rate-no more than 75,00% per annum, the loan amount - from 1 000 to 30 000 rubles.
