    it is definitely worth changing the regular inserts to these. they are an order of magnitude thicker. I think we should do better.

    D3O story is absolutely working. Tested on itself. Falling at 120 km / h, no damage.

    Bought these inserts. decided to test, as on video. on hand laid and not much was hit with a rubber molotkom and PPC. it hurts very much. not works nothing, d buy insert from other producers and not D3O. will Have and in Moto jacket ICON insert all to change. I do not advise, elbows, knees, back important.

    The principle of operation of D3O is based on the following "the stronger the impact, the stronger the material resists and becomes tougher". In your case, "not hit hard with a hammer" is not a reliable method of conducting the test and subsequent judgment on the protective properties. At not strong influence the material is flexible and protects only at blow comparable to influence at real falling. Protection D3O is the market leader in protective inserts.     This protection fits all my Klim pants. Icon protectors are almost identical to the native d3o protection that klim produces for its equipment.

    These inserts I replaced the native protection on my pants of another brand. The new treads are noticeably thicker, but this is understandable, not for nothing that they comply with the CE2 standard (native were just CE). An excellent investment.

    I bought these inserts for jeans. The security level is pretty good and the comfort and convenience is even better than I thought. I don't even notice them.
