I already thought understand and forgive, take from and forget. but the devil possessed me to check email. mail. On which I saw a letter in which I was informed that the delivery is delayed, and I once again ready to return the money (apparently on the phone with me at that time was already ashamed to communicate). Of course, I had to call them myself and figure out what was wrong with my order. I was told the shipment was stuck at customs. Here, my nerves already began to surrender. We agreed that on may 2 I should be informed about whether the goods have moved from customs. Unfortunately, 2 on may this information to them not came, and was given promise, that 3 number of to 15 hours, she necessarily will emerge. In district 16-30 breathed long-awaited phone call, was ringing already leadership, me were brought another apology, from which me nor feel hot and nor chilly, but most interesting, that product not on customs, and in Europe!!! And there is no delivery time!!! We talked nice, I briefly outlined the situation, and how I see it. And since I myself work in sales, and I understand how it happens and how it happened, I offered a solution to this problem, and the option of how it could be solved much earlier. But apparently the leadership is not very interesting.

As a result, more than 4 months of waiting, spent nerves and time, and start the Moto-season without the long-awaited shoes.

And now the story itself.
30 December 16 year, I contributed 50% prepayment for shoes, which me happily promised bring in during 30 days, that well me suits. In the month of January, a phone call came, I already began to rejoice, how well this company works, because it took less than 30 days, and I was ready to happily rush for shoes, but it was not there, I was told that the goods at the moment the supplier does not have. On the very moment me this not strongly upset, after all Yes the beginning of Moto-season, still oops as far, and obtaining assurances, that Yes season they 100% will come, I decided not worry and quietly wait shoes (and for good reason). On March 25, I received an SMS notification that a large batch of products had arrived, I sinfully hoped that it had my shoes in it. Calling the company, I was upset again, there were no shoes, but once again I was assured that they would be, saying that the delivery is expected in early-mid-April (it was necessary to be wary). As it is not difficult to guess, neither in the beginning, nor in the middle of April, there were no shoes. In may holidays, me time come another SMS-notification, that 2 number of my ill-fated shoes, leave from Peter, and 3 number of they will in Moscow.
