As such, the helmet has no disadvantages, we can only say that it has a little not thought out built-in glasses, when folded, they block the entrance vents. Honestly, I didn't understand why they were needed there, so I stupidly took them off at home. The second is not removable strap pads. Why the manufacturer decided to sew them on and not attach them to Velcro or clips, as shoi do, is unclear. In general, it is problematic to erase them. Not quite a minus, but still, the extremely delicate inner coating of the visor, so in no case ever touch it with your hands, do not rub anything at all, wash only with a stream of water! Otherwise, you will quickly kill in the trash.
And now the features that you need to know before buying! First of all, keep in mind that the shell of the helmet itself is the same for all sizes, the difference is only in the filling, so if you are smaller than the average build and you need an S or even XS helmet, it will look a little strange on you. The second is the ears, you have to pay for a comfortable fit on your head with difficulties when putting on, and so that the ears do not tear off, buy yourself a balaclava, ordinary synthetic, preferably not in the whole head but in the form of a hat and then the ears will thank you, the helmet will fly like clockwork. In general, this is a matter of experience, I used to have a chin flap constantly flying off when taking pictures, now everything is normal. The third is the installation of an intercom, because of the design of the cheek pads, it is impossible to install a clothespin-type pad, only on double-sided tape, and it is good if the length of the wires is enough. They say people complain that at dusk and at night the face is reflected on the inner surface of the visor, yes, there is such a thing, but you quickly get used to it and then you don't even notice. By the way, as they said, it was because of these complaints that the manufacturer decided to make mirror visors more transparent, which in my opinion is a big mistake. And most importantly, take the helmet strictly according to the size line, do not pay attention that the new one will press in places, and you will just want to take it off, but I guarantee that after 300-500 km it will sit down properly and there will only be a buzz. They also say that there are difficulties when installing a front-facing camera. As for me, there are no difficulties, on the same Alik you take 2-3 extension cords and one corner and you will be happy.
