All was well, but at the end of the conversation asked a question about the return of the goods, to which the girl said that the promotional goods are not refundable. I was disappointed to learn that the store managers do not know the law on the protection of consumer rights. What she continued to persistently stick to their guns , in the end still said that the helmet generally refers to things, "personal hygiene" and its principle can not return... I'm tired of arguing, canceled delivery and issued pickup, will have to go to the other end of Moscow on the weekend .
